ORDER TRACKING
You will receive an email from our courier company with the tracking number once the order has left the warehouse.
If the tracking number does not work, please try again after a few hours, as it may take a while for the system to update the latest information.
ORDER MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
Order preparation is fast, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to get to you in time to make the change or cancel it.
Once an order has been processed, no changes or cancellations can be made, however, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team at support@siyu.co.in and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to make a return or exchange. Please note that, in order to accept the exchange or return, the product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, and inside their respective boxes, as you received it
ERRONEOUS ORDER
In order to speed up the resolution of the incident, it will be very helpful if you indicate the order number and send us a photo of the product and another photo of the back of the box where you can see the label.
In addition another photo of the temple where you can see the serial number of the same, (in the case of a pair of glasses).
GLASSES CARE
We recommend:
- Cleaning them with a soft cloth and always use the SIYU case to carry them. Avoid using soap and water.
- Keep them away from direct light sources for a long period.
- It is preferable not to leave the glasses upside down nor to drag them on hard surfaces, as this may scratch the lenses.
PRESCRIPTION LENSES
SIYU does not offer prescription lenses as we do not make prescription lenses.Â
However, in case you want to change the lenses in your optician's shop, we recommend that you choose metal, acetate, or bio-acetate glasses.
