RETURN POLICY

• If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ condition as per our warranty policy, you may request a replacement at no extra cost within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video.

• If you want to change product or color as per your choice, then you will be charged 100 INR replacement fee as it is considered a misplaced order.

• If the replacement is not available due to out of stock, you will receive a promo code of the same amount for you to buy any other product from siyu.co.in

• You can conveniently return any item purchased at full price and avail a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery in a giftcard to be availed in the next 1 month. 

• The entire refund amount will be credited back into your account in the form of a giftcard which can be used for future purchase.

• Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned.

• Please do not accept any order if the seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; as such orders will not be accepted if returned.

RETURN/REPLACEMENT PROCESS

• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

• Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to the product(s) being unused and returned within 14 days and not consisting of discounted items.

• Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

• A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.
