We totally get it — sometimes the vibe just doesn’t match. 💫
While we currently do not offer cancellations or order modifications once an order is placed, we’re happy to offer a one-time exchange if the frames didn’t feel right.

How to Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@siyu.co.in
 with:

Your SIYU order number

Details of the item you’d like to exchange

Our team will guide you through the pickup and exchange process.

Exchange Shipping Fee

A fee of INR 150 will be charged to cover the pickup of the original item and delivery of the exchanged product.

Exchange Conditions

The product must be unused

Returned in its original packaging

All tags must be intact

Exchange request must be raised within 4 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact our customer support immediately.

Share clear photos of the damaged parcel

Record a video while unpacking

Please retain the original packaging for inspection by our delivery partner
